Kiamber Usry, 28, of Hancock County, Georgia, is being mourned following a tragic single-vehicle crash that occurred early Tuesday morning on Highway 22.
According to Hancock County Coroner Dontrelle Andrews, the crash happened around 2:50 a.m. when Usry was involved in a one-car accident along the highway. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after reports of a serious collision and provided immediate assistance.

Usry was transported to Atrium Health Baldwin for emergency medical care, but despite efforts by medical staff, she later died from her injuries. She was pronounced deceased at 5:16 a.m. in the emergency room. Officials confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office also responded and is assisting with the ongoing investigation. Authorities have not yet released further details about what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
